Limited edition mid-size saloon features switchable two- and four-wheel drive.
Only 500 examples of the new Suzuki Kizashi saloon will go on sale in the UK in January, priced at £21,995.
It has a 2.4-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine with switchable two- and four-wheel drive and a CVT transmission featuring a six-speed manual mode operated via steering wheel switches or the gearlever.
According to Suzuki, it develops 175bhp, with and EU Combined fuel consumption of 34mpg and CO2 emissions of 191g/km.
The company has already sold 23,000 examples worldwide, and is bringing the Kizashi to the UK as the new flagship of its range.
The Kizashi – which means 'A sign of great things to come' in Japanese – is intended to move the brand upmarket while maintaining its traditional emphasis on content and value. Suzuki claims "strong yet refined" performance.
